I have never seen "oakum" before and I don't know what it is so when you put it on the sculpture I laughed because I thought they were hair extensions lol. The finished product is amazing!

I was hooked on the fairy house lamp video because the video seemed self explanatory with materials and work. This one doesn’t seem attainable to me because it had to many unknown materials and tools. I loved the tree house. My imagination goes wild just looking at the completed project. You guys are amazing. Seeing other people working on the project made it seem a family affair which is cool.

I would only want one thing added to such a creation, inside the house to add some L.E.D. lights to it--so it would light up the windows at night---it would be even more magical!!!!! And you guys being such artists, you can hide the wire with that hairy stuff you used for the bark. A neat lamp as well as a sculpture, -- like Tiffany and his lamps!!!! How much would one of your houses cost?

+Mary West Thank you! Yes, lights... The wires can be added in any stage of the sculpture, even now, it wouldn't be a problem. I don't know about the price... this is really cool and I love how you showed the techniques for everything that was done and used for this. I went to your Facebook page and was blown away at the things that where there. I thought I was pretty good, but man I'm jealous now. Maybe one day you will show how you do some of the bigger items. :)

Thanks! I will think about that. Many of those things were made using a hot wire cnc as one of the steps and there are not that many people who have one. I'm afraid people wouldn't wach that kind of video. Not many people anyway.

why not? things like that would be interesting to see. the process of the larger props and things. You never know unless you try right? Trust me, I've seen many large builders make things and I'm subscribed to most of them, Because the process that they use is amazing and very creative to watch. If you decide to do one let me know. I'd love to see it and I'm sure many others would as well. :) I loved the fish themed room you had on your Facebook page and the very tall birds oh and the minions. Those were so amazing.
