We are working on more DIY at The Little House in the Country again this weekend. We have been slaving over the electric fireplace framing and install. We also built the mantel from scratch (stay tuned for next week), stained the butcher block counters that will be used on the cabinets that we are painting on either side of the fireplace. We plan to finish painting with wood on the fireplace next week and adding the TV mount/TV and finishing touches.
