I love those shelves and I've always wanted to have something this in my future condo - they are great for many reasons. However... I'm worried about how it looks from the side, and, even more worried about cleaning behind the sofa, do you move the sofa each time? I somehow imagine there's less dust there if it stays flush against the wall.

They really are! We have our sofa about 4 inches from the shelf and this leaves enough space for us to reach there with a swiffer. I do have to move the sofa a little when we're vacuuming though for the right corner. From the side, it looks fine because the shelves don't protrude out that much :) Thanks so much for watching ❤️
