Awesome video. I have an old jack that doesn’t work anymore and always thought about rebuilding it. I will definitely use this video as a reference if I ever get around to it.

Does this process also fix a jack that only goes halfway up? It holds weight, the oil is new and air is purged. Im assuming its piston related at this point... also, it does not leak any oil.

@MuddyRuttzz did you read my comment? I said i put new oil in and purged the air. When i pump the jack, it pushes oil out without bubbles...

@@FloppyBeef-v9k OK, I’m guessing here- the wiper/seal is probably worn and can only hold so much pressure. I would tear it down and check everything. Other than that I can’t think of anything. Let me know what you come up with. Thanks!
