DIY Foldable Origami Kayak (Under $50)

Hey guys!
Today I am trying to make a foldable Kayak for under $50. Have you heard of these? They are so nice for traveling to the beach because they can easily fit in any size car you may have. ENJOY :)

I think you need a stronger, material. You may be able to glue in another layer of chloroplast inside the kayak leaving a 1/4 inch space along the folds. It would add a lot of strength to it and still be light.Also add a couple of 3/4" aluminum pipes in front and behind cockpit.

Cool project! The funny thing is Glantz and Sons is a sign supply store, you probably didn't need the chalk line, could have just borrowed a big Purple Fuller 64" for your fold. Kudos to the roller tool for the coroplast I was toying with 3d printing a similar tool for our shop. Right now I'm just using a Olfa rolling blade that I've dulled.
