The reason why the teeth started to turn black is probably because you did it with a water based top coat because [(1) top coats are only meant to go on top of nail polish and not on the actual nail-or tooth] and [(2) even though you added many layers of the top coat and holographic pigment, since you used a *water based* top coat, if it comes in contact with water, it will be affected-your saliva has water in it] Hope it helped! Although you probably won't read this.

They shouldn't fall out if you molded them correctly. I have 3 pairs of scarecrow fangs *original, blood tipped, and the smaller ones* and I've had them for years and still wear them without problems so you shouldn't have a problem
