Halloween is almost here! We have time for one more Halloween-themed DIY project, and this one has been on my mind for a looong time. I am attempting to create my own Harold the Scarecrow from Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark! He's one of my favorite spooky characters, and I'm so excited to have him in my own yard.
