DIY Heat Treat Oven

It was my second attempt at making a heat treat oven, this time I decided to make it more powerful. Used better isolation materials and made thicker heating coils. Results of this combination is that this oven reaches 800°C in less than 7 minutes, for comparison previews one needs for almost 3 hours.
Below I made a material list, let me know in the coment's section if I missed something or if you want some more details in any aspects.
Main material list:
- Aerated concrete 600 kg/m3
- IFB 23 Bricks
- Mortar Silcas M
- Kanthal A1 wire (1,2mm, 10m)
- Thermocouple type k
- Fuse 16A
- Transmit G7
- SSR 25
Performance:
800°C (1472°F) → 6.38 minutes
900°C (1652°F) → 10.10 minutes
1000°C (1832°F) → 15.45 minutes
1100°C (2012°F) → 25.09 minutes

Could you please describe the updates you've made to achieve the high efficiency/ fast heat up time? And could you please tell more about the power you are using? 10m 1,2mm Kanthal A1, 230V and 4kW will result in a too high surface load of 10,4 W/cm^2. Recommended is a rating of

I used better insulating materials, the total thickness of wall is twice as thick as before, I also used thicker wire to make the heater, which resulted in much better performance. The furnace reaches 800 degrees Celsius in about 15 minutes.

Hey, is the 16A fuse enough? From what I've read on the package 10m of 1.2 A1 kanthal is 12,3 Ohm. 230V/13,3Ohm = 18,7A I'm not an electrician though :D

Yes, oven is powered by 230v, I used a standard electrical connector

About 250$. Theoretically it should reach 1300 Celsius degree but I never tried to run that high, usually for hardening steels 800-1100 is enough.

How many millimeters of nichrome wire should be suitable for temperature 1250 degrees

It depends, you should use Kanthal A1 wire or something similar, it heats up to 1400 Celsius, 10m ø 1mm or hier shoud be fine. There are some free calculators you can find online that schoud help you figure it out.
