Thank you for providing such a detailed video. I am experiencing a similar issue with the Vortens Model 3486V. The tank cracked in less than two years. I plan to reach out to the OEM for assistance, but I would like to know if the Proflo model would be a suitable replacement.

Do most tanks fit to any given toilet?

@@marcoleone8189 unfortunately not…you would think they would have a standard bolt pattern but most are different spacing
