Hi Winston, just finished pulling getting the old one out. Definitely need to turn the steering rack to the left so the whole unit can be taken out. Installed the new one this morning which was very easy. Again thanks so much for your video/instructions! Must have watched it 5 times already!

My h22 cb7 had a powersteering delete and im gonna attempt to give it powersteering again but all it has is a leaky rack and pinion what are the 4 to 5 lines that connect to the rack and pinion? I already got a reservoir, pump, bracket, pulley, high pressure line, some random fat return lines what else do i need?

I changed to my accord the pressure line the pump and the rack an pinion but it is still buzzing and I take the air out and any advice remains the same

Yeah that castle nut on the tie rod end should be torqued down otherwise you're going to Wobble the whole out where it's secured. Mines and 1988 CRX

Would removing the sway bar and sway bar links allow me to tuck the lines back to male rack install easier?

Possibly, but I wouldn't know because I haven't tried

@@winstonbuzon Is there a torque spec for the lines? Installed by hand then began to tighten. Does it need to bottom out with connector or how tight do I go?

I have 1990 Accord and steering locks to the right automatically. once I start the car the steering turns right after a few minutes. Any suggestion?

+Winston Buzon (DubEezy) I haven't pulled apart the rack and pinion as yet. I noticed a leak( power steering fluid) under the car for a while now but I'm wondering if the leak could be causing my steering to turn on its own.

+Danii J Its a definite possibility, especially since the fluid is what helps keep the power steering control your steering in place

Does it need to be Honda power steering fluid or can it be any brand?

The oil was temporary. Ended up draining and filling with Honda Brand Fluid

@@abtransport13 Do you have old fluid in the tranny? Keep in mind that if you're changing the fliud is that you only drain about 2 of the 6 quarts in the transmission (67% of the fluid is still old). To get more of the old fluid out, drain & refill, then drive around the block, drain & fill again (this leaves about 44% of the old fluid), repeat again (about 28% of the old fluid.) A shop can tap into the cooler lines to make a more complete change all at once
