guys its small modified sine wave ups mounted inside a box with a bigger battery thats what the beeping is ,he seems to allude to that it runs the treadmill motor will turning the generator so as to self perpetuate ,but it is not doing this ,just the video does not allow us to see whats being done as a whole

Looked like a video that I wanted to watch, however there is something very annoying about the obscured edges., it makes me have to squint to try to watch the video in the middle. Not doing it..
