OMG this works so welk just filmed a snow video on my channel but when i took out the mouth mount it was stuck to my lips i ripped it out and then started bleeding any ideas for help to fix that

Put a piece of duct tape over the part where you bite, it has the perfect consistency to not stick to your lips just make sure the side with the adhesive is stuck to the paper or it really wont work. Thanks for watching buddy
