Hey man. I just thought about you today and decided to check in. Just wanted to say you're a genuine hero of my early video career. Your ideas inspired me endlessly, making the hardware store like a second home. I wish I could show you some of the things I made back in the day. One light was made with a roasting pan, 2 power strips, and 8x100w bulbs w/ AC adapters. Another was a 4 port AC adapter in the bottom of a paint can with 4x100w bulbs, plus pieces of plastic and angle brackets to make barn doors. The latter one looked legit with black paint. Cheers man!

I record in a small space; so this has been a huge help! I have also placed two of these against a wall and attached an 8' piece of 1-1/2" slotted steel angle between them with the ground clamps; now I have a place to hang backdrops, a mountable green screen, lights, and other bits without having to attach anything to a wall. Thanks for the help!

I like the big rubber plunger so you avoid damaging the ceiling and telescoping painters poles are a lighter, compact and moor efficient tool than 1-inch PVC. BTW -- Welcome back. I look forward to updates on the family and projects.

This is magical! I immediately went out and bought these items. Tripod legs drive me nuts! FYI, I paid about $12 for the Mr. Longarm pole and they had them in two different parts of the store - electrical and paint department. The paint department sold several different sizes and some were cheaper because it was just the pole with no accessories (which I didn’t need anyway). So, thank you! This jig works really well. I might actually get another one and use them horizontally above a product photo table. 💥📸💥✌️😎👍

I was glad to discover that you’re back. I consider myself quite creative when it comes to throwing together contraptions but, my friend, you are the master. I’ve followed your videos for years and picked up some great ideas. And what I like the most is the simplicity. This one in particular made me laugh. I mean, the whole toilet plunger thing is crazy, but it works!!! Keep on doing what you do. I love it.

I have very high ceilings (about 9-10 foot) and i bought 2 Ceiling props from the local discounter for 19.- each and I'm pretty happy with them. With their lenght I can easily put them horizontal between two walls also and use to fix lights or cloth or whatever. btw nice to see you're back

Deud! Like, its really? yew? Like.., kewl! LoL - Glad you found your way back. You've been missed. The painter's pole light and cam stand is really cool. As for the plunger handles - I have andea for em. If you have moles in your yard, you can do a real-life game of whack-amole! Hey - I didn't say it was a genius-level idea. :-D
