That's great! I like the idea of making your own potpourri. You get to make a mix and scent that you like. Thanks for sharing. 👍🙏

So glad i found your channel. I tried drying oranges in my ove but they turned kind of brownish. Whwn they were still orange they seemed sticky and kind of moist. Is that too early to take them out?

@@HomesteadCorner Hi Ginnie, We have tons of dried roses and we would like to turn it into Christmas potpourri we can sell, to raise money at our church. Of course we want the smell to last a long time after people open up the plastic bags, we plan to put it in. Any ideas?

How do you get your cranberries crispy and firm? I’ve tried the oven and dehydrator and they pop and wither, creating a huge, sticky mess.
@HomesteadCorner4 жыл бұрын
Hi! For crafts, I do them in the dehydrator, I crank it all the way on high and let them go till crunchy about 10 - 12 hours... a few will pop and ooze out but most stay perfect.. 😉

Is there something to substitute if person I’m gifting this to is allergic to cranberries?
@HomesteadCorner4 жыл бұрын
You could use rosehip, they look similar. 😉
