Okay, so I have some questions for you because I'm considering doing my own microlocs. I want sisterlocs but I don't have the money, but with the quarantine, I definitely have the time. 1. Why did you choose interlocs over sisterlocks? 2. What videos did you watch that was a big help for you? 3. Would making those interlocs slightly smaller be bad for my hair?

Hi! 1. Sisterlocks use the interlock method I just didn’t want to pay 2k-3k for an install so I researched.planned, and installed them myself instead. 2. Fenetis videos showed me that diy microlocs using the interlock method were possible and she gave me realistic expectations on how long the install would take. I chose the interlock method for 3 main reasons that I detail in part 1 or my install series. 3.the nice thing about interlocks is that there’s less tension on your scalp during the locking process so it’s a good method for smaller locks (1/8”-1/2”).
