Please tell how do you soak off?? I did a DIY using nail glue as a base but I’d rather use top coat. Looked way easier and less sticky and messy!

I usually cut the nails, then I file them down and after I place 100% acetone on a cotton ball and wrap it in foil. I do this for all the nails. Hope it helps!

@@genii_g yes, that's how I soak off my nails also or else, Walmart sells a little soak off bowl where you fill the bowl with 100% acetone and put your fingers inside the bowl for 15 minutes then your done But I'd take Geni's advice 100%..

How many layers did you do if the baking soda? Also does it ever burn you finger nails?

If you prep your nails correctly you should be fine , but it always depends on what glue or base you are using and I apply as many layers until reaching the cuticle area usually about 7-8 and then I file it to my liking 🙂

I haven’t tried using any base coats I don’t know that they will work. The only one I tested was the Leafu 2-1 base and top and it happened to work. To be on the safe side I recommend any nail glue

That’s not the correct way of building a nail you should start from free edge to cuticle to build a nice apex
