I have the Engel MT-V45 40 litre which is the bigger version of the one you’re looking at. It’s the same footprint just a little taller. It was between the Engel and Dometic for me too. Every time I use it I know I made the best choice.

The Engle has a cut out underneath the lid at the front to allow you to stand wine bottles upright. 🍺 Just thought I’d throw that in cheers

We brought the dometic cfx 75 and we love it if we just going away for the night we turn one side off. And if longer we use one side as drinks fridge and find doesn’t use too much. And when my partner goes horse eventing we run one side as a freezer for her ice boots and keep them frozen. And we brought it at Boxing Day so was on sale.

Can't go wrong with an Engel....its hot in the Territory and it doesn't miss a beat...i have a cheap plastic fridge and when ambient temperature rises it fails..the engel powers on

I have and have had Engel in the past, looking at prices between these to are smimilar on special. The plastic construction in body and latches a no for me, see seems cheap against the steel body and latch of the Engel. Engel has a definite close by latch which to me is a fail safe indercater where the Dometic cfx3 35f could be left open by unseen users eye.
