After how many miles do ppl recommend changing it?
@boostdynamictuning5 ай бұрын
@adinpeco5835 10k is Audi's recommendation, but personally, I say 5k max.

Not sure why everyone pays for these oil extractors when it comes to Audi’s. You can easily take the plastic drain plug off on the pan and replace it with a new one. Eventually that o-ring on the plug will leak if you never change it

It's much easier job from up top. In terms of efficiency you don't have to raise the car or removel belly shields to remove drain plug.

Is the oil 0w20?
@boostdynamictuning Жыл бұрын
I don't recommend this oil anymore. Go to 5w-40
@keith2008cccc Жыл бұрын
@@boostdynamictuning why? I thought the new a4&a5 uses 0w20
@boostdynamictuning Жыл бұрын
@keith2008cccc Audi Tech here, we are seeing engine going down left and right 20+ cars. Only difference is only viscosity changed. Pretty clear to me that's the issue. Go look up 17-19 oil viscosity and you'll see nobodies engines having oil issues.

The skimpy outfit for changing oil is really sus.

Well she's doing it right lol it's 90f and 80% humidity in the shop 😓

And you’re complaining about her outfit?! That’s sus if you ask me😅 I wish I had the confidence to wear that while changing my oil! I think it takes skill! (love you bestie)

It’s not “sus” at all. Oil change on this platform is super easy and clean. She also did a perfect job…
