It actually is my friend. The IH3 is a very very fragile and old school b frame. If you are a newbie or even intermediate, you will crash and easily brake that very fragile Quadcopter in less than a month and will 100 percent need to learn how to repair it or rebuild it. This hobby, you must learn to build, program, fly, and repair every drone you buy. Do not allow slick advertising to suggest otherwise. It’s a beautiful hobby, but expect to learn to build, as buying new BNF quads every time they break will cost much more than the already over priced $575 fragile Iflight IH3😊

@@scottgivens27 I wish I had a guru like you in person🤣 I’m upgrading from avata and was just gonna go to a repair shop if I needed to soder a new motor or something but that sounds dubious aswell. I’ve heard some people say they’ve only had to replace a motor once in like 2 years so everyone’s answers are different on how much you need to know about repair😅

@@FpvMental well that depends on who you ask right? lol If you fly an Avata or the DJI FPV drone, chances are you are not doing much repairs as there are many GPS safeguards to help prevent crashes. The GPS on typical FPV freestyle drones are no where near as reliable nor as accurate as a full on DJI only drone. Too much to cover here. But if you are going from yet Avata to full on acro FPV and want to get better, you will crash a few times during most sessions, even the best of the best do in order to get the money shot. Even now, I’m always using flight simulators before I go to a field to experiment a new trick. Simulators are very important to use in order to learn to fly better. Then you go to your field to fly, crash less, and get better. So my advice and I’m no GURU, I’d get yourself a great transmitter like the Radiomaster Boxer, hop on the simulator like “DRL” and learn to fly better. Just like taxes and death can’t be avoided, neither can Crashes and repairs in this hobby. Don’t spend $600 on that IH3. Spend $130 on the Radiomaster Boxer transmitter, DRL Flight Simulator using a good GPU, and watch Joshua Baredwell live streams on KZbin. He is the GURU and has every answer to many FPV questions 😊

Exactly IH3 frame is old and fragile for $575. Just plain evil!

@@yannickg6904 Agreed, you can get cheap 3' no name frames off Amazon far better construction that the iFlight IH3. iFlights greed will be their downfall. Someone will make 03 air unit BNF for $150 to $200 less and dominate sales by volume and still end of with high profits using an F4 board. You don't need F7 on 3in quads! Lol

Lol. Iflight got me. But I haven't built a drone in 4 or 5 years so it may have been worth it depending how well it holds up. We shall see.

I honestly think it should hold to casual abuse, so don't be down on the build itself. But the pricing is just not right. It's kind of like a GPU I just bought, Radeon 1600 ti. Every review was bad about the GPU, not because of the performance, but because of the pricing structure that could not justify the purchase. I believe you will be happy. In the worse case scenario, you can always transfer the guts to another build. The Quadmula is an awesome option! Be blessed!
