Not having to re-attach to the bike every time the bag is removed is a nice time savings. Makes the "on & off" much quicker than using the straps riveted to the bag.

Just got my trails end enduro bag stolen last week. I used to carry everything in a liner bag and just leave the empty tail bag on the bike. I ordered the new hurricane because the last bag was such a nice product and got used to the convenience of a tail bag. I guess now I have to adapt something to quick release it. Thats the only missing piece of the puzzle for this bag to be perfect.

Oh wow! That is horrible! Sorry to hear of the theft. That is something we do not hear of often. Man.... We do thank you for your support and we will be curious to learn how you adapt a quick release option.

Dang that sucks. I think about that all the time..here in SoCal, everything gets stolen these days, but still.

Great product. But could have been a better product if it came with a quick release buckle and clip system. Clip on and ride off. And then clip off when u reach your destination .....

@@ganisenscouser6822 I added female buckles to connect to current buckles, to do just that! The reason they dont do it, is because they often break in falls/slides etc from the side force or impact. Mine, on my Tiger 900, are protected by the grab handles and the pannier racks so I added buckles that now make it quick release capable.

U removed the original clips? Or did u leave them as they were and added in the female clips? @@kee7678
