Hi lovelies! As by popular request, I have made a rotating nail polish/jewelry display! More details, material list and step by step instructions at www.lifeannstyl....
This may look similar to the other ones on the internet, but this one is different. It spins! By using a $4 lazy susan bearing from the hardware store, you can make yours so much more functional! My display alone cost less than $10 (- the lazy susan)!!! You can even make you're for less using things at home or the $1 store =) happy crafting!!!

Could you add like some small gems or mini diamanté into the glasses before you glue everything together? I think that would look really awesome as they'll shine as you rotate the display.

I love this rotating display. It's like something you can buy in a store, only a whole lot cheaper, a good cheap, not a bad cheap. This is gorgeous. Thanks so much, i may try this. i have a high heat glue gun but ran out of the glue sticks, and we have tons of old plates were going to throw away. now I can reuse them instead. Love it thanks.

I came back to say that I made this, and I used it for mini cupcakes when I invited my fiancee's parents over for a small party. They were impressed with the display, and even more impressed when they found out I made it! Thank you so much!

It is important to have a good bead and a clean and warmed surface that you will be gluing on. If it is brand new glass or glazed porcelain, you may need to rough up the area with fine sand paper to give the glue something to bite on. A good high temp glue gun will give you more time to work with the bond then a low temp gun. The low temp cheap hot glue guns suck and will not get the glue to properly bond. Also, be sure to buy the good glue sticks. Good tools save time. -Eric The Camera guy

I spent less than $10 for the whole display and $5 for the lazy susan. All my DIYs are recycled, thrifted, or budget friendly. Good luck finding something in the store that can beat that quality and price! =)

I made a glass stand from crystal plates and glasses from the op shop. I filled my glasses with fake flower petals with a light purple/white colour scheme. I think it looks really nice against the glass. Thanks for this awesome idea :) xx

you can if the surface is flat enough. But you will need some base between the table and the lazy susan.

i made something very similar to this for my bathroom. i used circular mirrors and glued metal rings the same diameter as the mirrors to the mirrors. i then put rhinestones around the edge and glued small wooden candlestick holders end to end and painted them a pearl white. the candlestick holders were my spacers. i am in love with it!

aww... that's so cute, I would make a collage out of my son's art into one big frame. Get one of those pin boards and glue the artworks to them. You can also clip them like on a clothing string against the wall... that would also look cute!

I made a spinning craft stand from a cake decorating stand for less than what it would have cost me to buy anything for a lazy susan base, which I do already have. It spins nicely, holds all my craft supplies that I keep readily handy, and it's plastic so it wipes off quickly. I used liquid nails and pvc connectors.
