A lot of schools are serving more healthy food options for students and parents are making healthier lunches for their kids. A machine like this is too expensive to buy for schools since they’re on a school budget and the salads are too expensive for some students. Maybe it would be good to have in business buildings or a hotel. 😁

if anything its cheaper then supermarkets here with prepared salads. they go for 10 and up in usd. But thing is those machines would be broken or tried to tag in about 1 day in new york. and we have an issue with credit cards and theft..i can see chargebacks being an issue on the victim.

Hope they were not expiration dates on those sides, or hope this is a video that was done before May 2021. Anyway, that is one amazing looking salad from a Vending Machine. We don't have any Vending Machines that even come close to being that nice where I live. You would be lucky if you could find one that has anything that is fresh let alone anything edible in them. Love the videos, keep them coming.
@tenerife_sea2 жыл бұрын
1. they are actually dd/mm/yyyy format lol. not the american weird month before date format. so all the food labels says July (with different dates on each products) and not May. 2. they probably shot this very early July or late June, so it's fine. and that made more sense since they only kept the video for 3 months before posting it on youtube. 5 months seems too long to make sense. 3. "best before" (which is seen on the salad) is actually different than exporation date! best before dates are about quality, and not safety. foods with these labels will be safe to eat after the date written, but may not be at its best texture/flavor. vegetables is still edible for 12-24 months after the date, and the pasta/noodle is safe to eat even after 6-24 months. oil and syrups only last 3-6 months after the date though, so the dressings will have shorter life. I learned this from an organization to sustain SDGs. so next time you find candies/orange juice/other food in your pantries bc it's past its "best before" dates, don't throw it away! they are still edible for some time and you'll save some money. another way to use this info is usually they sell food past its "best before" date for half the price at local grocery stores. they are *not* expired! so if you're tight on money, this trick will give you more bangs for your buck. ofc you still need to be careful, and make sure you eat them before they become inedible. there are websites who make complete lists of a lot of types of food and how many months it is safe to eat them, given they have "best before" instead of "expiry dates". just sharing a few infos, might be useful to some ;)

You guys are very blessed. You have more health food then we have in America. Businesses make too much proceed foods in the Americas. The door being so much narrower than the receiving tray seems suboptimal -- you really have to reach for the stuff at the ends! But I like this as an idea. An interesting mix of add-ons!
@LolaliciousSmiley2 жыл бұрын
Right? My best guess is that it's a derivative of a more general-purpose machine made for larger items. Although, that doesn't change the size of the door. And if you have even slight back problems, I would avoid this machine.
