when installing brushes use small electrical ties to hold the brushes back so as to fit over armiture then cut them off, makes it so much easier.

Get a socket the same diameter as the commutator and slide it inside the brush holder retaining all the brushes at once, then sit the socket and brush holder on top of the armature and slide the brush holder down.

Hey guys! There is a malfunction on my mk3 mondeo that has been bothering me for a while. The interior lights suddenly broke down. I changed the small fuse in the fuse box but it didn't work. the lamps are not broken. The fuse box is not broken. elecrick flow seems normal. No mechanic could fix it. if anyone knows the answer please help :(((

DIY stands for Do It Yourself… this video clearly demonstrates how to rebuild a starter so that you may do it yourself… I’m not sure where the confusion came from.

A good oem starter spendy so this is a diy . That being said it’s advanced but you can totally get a book watch this video do some research and do it yourself. Sounds like a diy to me
