Do they make your hair shed loads ?I use to use the clip in extensions. I like the fact you can take them out. Nowadays I wear hair pieces just quicker. I have really fine hair which has shed loads over the years. Especially when I was blonde. I stopped colouring 3 years ago it brought it back to life. I have fine hair like yours too. I used waterman's shampoo, conditioner, exilir and the tablets and speeded up the growth. I have regrowth near my hair line where is was thin and you could see my scalp before. If your hair is as fine as mine it takes forever to grow and its grown loads in 8 months. especially when you want to grow out the small bits.

Do the tape extensions cause any damage to the hair when you take them out? I used to have the glue in ones (latex hair glue) never again caused abit of traction alopecia. 😬 So decided to chop the lot off and grow it back under a wig it was a mess.

Eleanor Gwilt oh no Eleanor that sounds awful 😢. The glue ones are really bad, I know of a few people that that has happened to. I can honestly say tape ins have been the best (i have tried a lot of different types as my hair is very thin and fine) I never have any hair loss, only the usual hair loss when you take any extensions out, but if they’re done probably they don’t put as much tension on the hair as individuals. I was initially recommended tapes because of my hair type and now they are all I use 😊. I hope this helps. ❤️ thank you for watching lovely xxxx
