You can with 1000 grit. Just don’t over do it. It could scrape off. Seems fine with that grit though. It’s never happened so far. It was my only concern.

Why are you turning it into a PDF if the PDO file is designed for pepakura designer? This doesn't make sense. There's nothing to help you with. You clearly don't want to follow the basic instructions.

I saw Evil Ted use it years ago to as a clear coat. Never tried it until now. I use contact cement. The booth I built is great. Fan is super powerful. I don’t even need a mask.

It’s barge brand. Go to Tandy leather. They carry it. You can pay at the door at pick up. Get some thinner for it too.

I switched to contact cement years ago. It’ll change your life. Watch my in depth tutorial I mentioned in here. It’ll show you how to use it with foam.

Yeah. Once I have a good routine going in my new shop, I’ll do some gundam builds as well. I always enjoyed those doing those. They allow me to be creative in other ways but similar.

I bought some synthetic leather to make some quick belts and use for other details and stuff. I’ll probably make the pistol. I liked that the most from the show. Not gonna go too crazy with this build. It’s just a quick build to test the foam files. 👍🏻

I doubt you’ll see black panther. It’s just a fitted suit really. Sorry man. Haven’t seen any. You’ll need a spandex suit or something with a pattern on it I think.

My advice if making out of cardboard is to go over with fibreglass sheets and resin, will harden it as well as water proof it
