@@Jeffstrongman12 I would say it should, one thing that you should really try for whitening though is coconut oil pulling. You basically just swish coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes a day, do it for a month and you should see results. I recommend Virgin or Extra virgin, organic and cold pressed coconut oil.

Actually this is way better that normal toothpaste, I’ve learned that normal toothpaste weakens your teeth so then you would have to go to the dentist and they get more money from it, it’s better to make an organic toothpaste knowing the ingredients than using some toothpaste with random chemicals you don’t even know

Strange. I always heard that fluoride strengthens teeth.
@Calidoll209Ай бұрын
@@warnertesla8297Nope, we've been lied to. It is actually a neurotoxin that causes anxiety, depression, lowers IQ, affects memory and can also affect metabolism and cause weight gain. My family has not used a flouride toothpaste in 10 years and my 10 year old son has never had a cavity, the proof is right there.
@11YUVI112 жыл бұрын
Hello I'd love to hear about your experience of using it, for how long do you use it? Why not using a flouride "normal" toothpaste? And apart from your experience do you have a dentist that recommends this type of toothpaste and can you share about others who also uses a home-made toothpaste similar to this? I consider transitioning to this but I want to know more.

How much baking soda depends on how much paste you want to make. As for coconut oil you should add enough little by little until you reach your desired texture (until if becomes a paste) The mint essential oil is a personal preference, it depends how minty you want it to be it also depends how much paste you are making.
