Thank you for the video. I got most of what you did in the first video done and the rectangle part of frame welded. Then I set it all to the side and it's sat there for over a year now. This video really makes me want to finish the project. Just have 4 more snow blowers to fix and clean the garage first.

How fast does it go? Do you run the same gearing as your previous 6.5 builds? Did they go the same speed?

It will go 9 -12mph depending on the load I use the same on the 6.5 hp

Does the 8hp motor use a 30 series torque converter? If not, which torque converter did you use for it? Also, what size sprocket are you running on the track drive?
