Thank Yeshwanth for sharing this video. I got same problem, and reached this. The cause of my pattern was a battery water leak. This caused rust to form on the starter relay, causing it to not turn on. At first glance, it looked like there was no problem, but when I replaced the starter relay, things went back to normal. The structure in which the main fuse is located directly below the battery is a bit nonsensical. Thank you for your clear explanation again.

Add me to the list as well. First thought it was the dreaded "hot start issue". But the cheep fix is to check the relay fuse first. Mine was OK. Changed it. No fix. Then changed the starter relay and now it's back to normal. Turns out the starter relay is a Suzuki relay used on a lot of their bikes. Are also used of Arctic Cat on their snowmobiles and some ATV of their. Part number is 31800-03G00 for Suzuki if you can't find Triumph original. Thanks a lot for a great video.

I had a short circuit ... when the starter relat was conected battery mas 4.5v when disconnected 12.5 i removed the starter relay at the short was gone. Or at leats my troubleshooting goes that far, is there a way to measure starter relay with multimeter to find out ifbits damaged? Greetings from mexico!!

May I know from where you arrange ur tiger spares?

Depends on where I'm riding .. I might get it from the Triumph outlets or if it's not available there I would get it imported .
