Sorry dear. Old Tv circuit only received video siglan. Do not transmit any video signal. You need those types of device which have build in video signal transmitter or you need to build your own transmitter Circuit.

I did not tested the maximum voltage range of the transmitter circuit. I think 5v -9v is ok. In this circuit there is a build in audio channel. You just need an audio amplifier And connect into the audio terminal on transmitter circuit.

If you get a voltage regulator inside the cable. Then actual working voltage of your camera is 3.3volt. If not, then your camera's working voltage is 12 volt. For that you need to use a 12v power supply or a boost converter with 3.7/4.2 volt lipo battery. You can use any kind of 3.3v regulator for 3.3 volt power supply.

You can replace the camera with any kind of analog video signal. This video transmitter circuit will transmitte your video signal on tv directly. Only analog video(AV) signal. Digital video signal does not work.

i actually make 10 transmitters: 3 is for color info, that separates red, green, blue. i,ll use 10 bit rgb instead of 8 bit, so the value is 0-1023 (not 0-255); the other 3 is for luminance, it,s brightness, contrast, sharpness; other 3 is for audio bass, treble, stereo; last 1 is programming, to get some programs and broadcast them. without the tansmitter i said at last one, it transmitts blank and clean white screen without any audio because there is no information to video and audio. i connect the ten transmitters on laptop, and the image and sound on laptop, especialy for videos, it transmitts the full image when transmitters are complete number

Looks like the transmitter was salvaged from an old VCR. Here in the US that would transmit on either VHF channel 3 or 4 analog. It's just an AM transmitter, so you can use either NTSC or PAL. Audio, if used, is an FM sub carrier. Note that in the US you can't transmit on ANY TV channel. Not even under Part 15 rules. Video can only be transmitted by licensed broadcasters and Amateur Radio licensees. That being said... Don't expect to get any real range out a TV modulator like this. The picture will be quite snowy even when the transmitter is just a few feet away from the TV. You can do better by buying one of those 2.4 GHz camera and receiver combo with composite output. The video transmitter is FM. No snow (or very little). The range is a lot better, too. A solid 25 meters before the quality starts to fade.

Increase the input voltage 3.7/4.2 volt to constant 5volt. Then try again. And use a telescopic antenna on tv jack or avr input tarminal. Yellow one is the video input on TV. If you connect an antenna on Avr terminal on your Tv. no need to tune tv channel. Just press the av button on your tv remote, You will get the video signal automatically.
