DIY Water Injection MegaSquirt

DIY Water injection system using a $20 Amazon RV water pump and a decapped GM truck injector as the nozzle. Injector holder is made from ABS plastic, printed on a 3D CTC Makerbot clone machine.
ECU is a MS3x box which has water injection function built in. Fixed frequency output for the injector with varing duty cycle to control water flow into the turbo inlet.
306 Ford, VS racing 7668 turbo, Eagle crank, Scat rods, Probe pistons.

I made a Venturi effect injector which sprays in my air-intake you can feel the boost really well gas milage doesn’t suffer, I use kerosene/isopropanol mix 50/50

Kerosene plummets overal octane value in your cilynders. It has same self ignittion (cetane) value as diesel.

@@OleDiaBole yes tru but the combination with alcohol worked somehow, you dont want to add it on its own not a nice noise😅, btw Ive upgraded the system to inject about 200cc per minute it works as well as a professional aem system only without all the electronics and the moving parts etc, if you want some extra hp this is a really good addon, Im now driving with it for 2 years no problems what so ever so far, really good acceleration I can keep up with the turboed gti's etc. checkout my channel for the video

How is the compressor wheel doing since you built this system ? I read somewhere that water droplets can damage the inducer at high rpm. But i have no experience so...

What’s wrong with using a washer bottle sprayer.

Pressure is pretty low. RV water pump will do 65psi with plenty of volume.
