DIY Wooden Wool Holder

Hi there and Happy mothers day.
In this weeks build, i create a wooden wool holder for my Mother In Law, to be fair its been on the list for a little while.
Well I hope she likes it and you guys do too.

Thank you thank you thank you. This is a perfect tool to use when you are sewing with a generic binder. use it to hold your binding strips/rolls as you sew. Makes it run really easy!

As you say, with a lathe that would have been a doddle but I take my hat off to you. That's a quality piece well executed. A functional item that looks great too, I'm sure she is going to like it. If not I'm certain of another use it can be put to (he he). An epic project mate.

Cheers Stephen, the amount of time I sat thinking about how this could have been done on a lathe frustrated me at first, but in the end not having a lathe meant I had to get creative to achieve the result and boy am I glad I did. It's not about what tools you dont have it's about using what you have to make what you want. 👊👊👊
