It’s happening in my company. Company is UK based. The management is giving training and skills development to my colleagues who are in uk. Not me or Indian employees. Best part is that the client is Indian company. Almost 40% revenue comes from India and still we are treated very badly in India office. Racial discrimination is going on. Even though my colleague from western state don’t have experience and skill equitable to mine, they are given opportunities, skills training, experience etc. I am always assigned to odd jobs. They highly disrespect me.
