I realized I didn't comment about this in the video but I have a feeling a lot of people are going to be asking about it - The wallpaper DOES have a line running down the right hand side of it. It's my guess that the design was taken from an old vintage chinoiserie panel and made a little more modern but I have a feeling they couldn't remove this line to get the pattern to line up properly. It bothered me at the beginning too but I stopped seeing it and it definitely doesn't take away from the beauty of that wall!

I think we have forgotten the BEAUTY and “ real ness” that vintage and antique items used to have. Love it when I turn on my tablet on Saturday morning and the Dani alert is there. Don't know what I'd do if it wasn't. This transformation is stunning but then every room reno is awesome. I disagree that Dani needs her own HGTV show. Then someone else would have influence over the content and I want it to remain Just Dani.

It's magical! There is something so inspiring about this. I don't have any clue what my style is. It's not anything I see anywhere. Every once in a while I'll see an element of it and it makes my heart sing. I've been so frustrated because what is in my head just isn't represented out there in the world. At least I haven't found it yet. But you have taught me that doesn't matter! I can CREATE my space. It's OK if I'm the only one in the world who decorates the way I do.
