Grate vid. A Good tip put some sanitise Marbles into the bags to weigh them down. I usually do that for hops when i make beer

Your videos are very informative.Thanks for that. what is the reason for boiling the fruit and the time period of boiling the fruit? If the fruit should be boiled then which type of fruits should be boiled? Thanks in advance for your reply!

There is a question: what happens if 18% alcohol-resistant yeast is used? while the desired amount of sugar for alcohol is only 15%. Is the wine sour? thanks

The strawberries did not look ripe enough (very white inside)? I would of waited for them to ripen more.

If you freeze the fruit first the cell walls burst & it is easier to get more flavors & sugars from the fruit

Actually the black parts of the banana, add to the flavor and should not be thrown out.
