I followed you all the way today and a thought came to mind a half dozen times, am I going to be going through this every time I wash the floor? I am an 81 yr. old man if I need to do that I will have to make some money and hire a girl an outstanding looking girl. Thank you, very informative, and easy to follow. My Bissell Crosswave HFC arrived two days ago. It's fully charged, and the water tank filled. It turns on, goes through the motions, but no water seems to come out. It vacuums, that's about it. There must be something I've missed, but it's a mystery to me. Any ideas? Edit: Oops. . . after pulling the machine apart to try to work out what was wrong. . . I found a piece of cardboard between the roller, and the floor. It now works divinely! Am sitting with a cuppa, admiring the mirror-like shine on the kitchen floor. 😊 Taa!

Hi, Thank you for the video. I used mine for the first time today. I used up almost all of the water tank but when I emptied it out to clean there was very little water!? Was I using too much with the trigger? Also I didn’t pour the little cup of water because I couldn’t see where you poured it. Looked like a just a crack. I appreciate your help please!

Maybe push forward with the trigger pulled, when you pull back do not have a trigger pulled maybe then you will suck up more water. Sorry my video did not help you.

Hey Jim , I have porcelain tiles and they are a pain to mop , I hate seeing the streaks and literally the only thing that's been working it's me moping the floors with my foot using a microfiber towel. I was just diagnosed with edema in my legs so I need something like this to ease the work and the pain 🦵 😢 Would this work ???? Without leaving streaks ? I just need to vacuum floors and mop them , No major spills or sticky situations , Just a dog that drops saliva in the same Spot waiting for me to get home 😂 Please help 🙏

Awesome Video. I recently purchased this model, but I've run into a couple concerns. I don't seem to be getting that much liquid residue in the dirty tank, and I think part of the reason is my spray seems to not be shooting out a strong consistent stream anymore. I checked out the Bissel support page so I'll try out their troubleshooting. But additionally, I was getting little drops and even very small puddles when I was using this on my kitchen tile (moving back and forth or even standing still). And my passes don't seem to be covering the whole area of the brush (as seen in your video), seems like mine is "missing" a brissel in the middle or soemthing. Does anybody have any insight or experiences with this? Thank you
