My Delta 2 runs my appliances 24/7. It charges itself from my 15Kwh battery bank and solar panels. I run 11Kw thu it daily. 1.) Samsung side by side 2.) Chest Freezer 3.) TRUE commercial glass door fridge 4.) Wine fridge 5.) Upright Freezer Being that the Delta is smart, if battery level drops below 40% I have it recharge off of wall power if needed. The Delta 2 replaced my cheap, loud, Amazon 3000w inverter. Not to mention its app was very useful. While it was quiter than my cham inverter, it was still very noticeable when loaded. I just ordered the Delta 3 because its much quieter.

❤I really wish these power stations would incorporate the easy hook-ups for portable wind turbines for days where the sun isn't out. I think it is a common sense thing to do...when do most people lose power? DUH...During a storm...what do most storms have?...WIND😊❤😊

I kinda envision multiple cells with fine brushes/propellers with magnets and water that can attach just like solar panels do now...I just don't know the engineering skills to make it.

Hi JR. I live in Central Florida where we've been getting hit with a lot of hurricanes lately. I'm looking at the Delta 3 package with the solar panels, plus an EcoFlow Delta 2 spare battery. We'd be using these to keep our full-size Samsung fridge running, along with two or three portable box fans, and keeping five cellphones and three tablets charged. Our power outage periods can sometimes run 4 or 5 days. Would the EcoFlow items I listed be a good package for what we need? Is there a way to "tag team" the main internal battery and the spare battery so we can keep these items powered up constantly during the lengthy outages? Thanks.

I am handicapped and I have been looking for a generator that would not be difficult to use for myself. I’m sick of the five days freezing in the state of Maine, but everything is so expensive Epilepsy traumatic brain injury. Sometimes I struggle with things it’s quite embarrassing. I would love to be able to have batteriesin a generator. That would be safe my gosh that’s a dream come true.

Hi Judy! It’s a very good device for keeping electronics and most household items running, but I wouldn’t depend on it to run a heater for very long. Heaters use a ton of power (over 1000 watts) and would drain the Delta 3’s battery very quickly.

Hi Dan! The Delta Pro 3 expansion battery is the largest one you can use with the Delta 3 Plus, and it will give it an overall capacity of 5 kWh. I’m not sure how it connects; it may need a special adapter cable, but it can be done. The Delta 3 Plus only has one extra battery port, so you can only use one expansion battery at a time.

Yes. Typically ship with a 12v cigarette lighter to xt60i cable. But it would take a long time to charge

While moving, the battery is charged, then the fridge is powered by the battery alone at night. Worked really well. If one starts with a charged generator, then it’s almost sustainable if one is driving daily. Thanks for confirming.

Yes, the solar ports on the back are 12-volt, but like Mike said, it would take a while to charge if using the ciggy port in a car.

If the chest freezer runs at 200w/hr and this is model is max 1024 Wh capacity...curious, how are you getting 20 hours? I am looking for a system, which I wish I had instead of gas generator while my power was out for 5 days, to keep my freezer going for 4-5 hours, then recharge with solar and then plug back in again. Thank you

Freezers don’t run constantly, especially if they’re full. The stuff inside will help it stay cool. Since they’re insulated, they act as big coolers with a temperature regulator.

Do you think I could run a Side by side (SBS) fridge and a chest freezer for 4-5 hours at a time, then when batter is at like 10-15% take the battery generator off and recharge with solar within 6-8 hours full, then plug back in the chest freezer and SBS fridge? I am looking to purchase the delta 3 pro and the 220w portable solar panel. Also, you wouldn't happen to have a code for that would you (your coupon is only for stand alone delta items)?

How does the D3+ compare to the D2 Max?

The Delta 2 Max has a larger capacity and a more powerful inverter. It was designed to be a larger system though. The Delta 3 Plus has improved internals, similar to what's being used in the new Delta 3 Pro. However, it's still designed as a 1 kWh power station. Thanks for watching!
