This is a recording from Radio London in March 1986, from the Dave Pearce show called 'A Fresh Start To The Week' which went out on a Monday night at 10pm.
It features DJ Cheese live on the turntables doing a 15 minute set, he cuts up some breaks along with other records like Tackheads 'Is there a way out', Z3 MCs 'Triple Threat' and Run DMC's 'Here We Go', dope!!

I was a big fan of Word Of Mouth in the mid 80's... but I only know the King Kut and Coast To Coast 12"-es from back in those days.... is there also a Word Of Mouth life performance available with freestyles when the MC's rap over the cuts from DJ Cheese?

Yes Cheese & Word Of Mouth also did a live session on Mike Allen’s Capital show on this trip to the UK in March 1986. The MCs rap on that session and do an extra track called Beat Box Reggae Style. It’s probably uploaded on KZbin.
