They have sold Millions of records, had Diamond selling album *S* (when Diamond meant Diamond) and were the first hip Hop group to win an Academy Award for Best Original Song. Underrated would definitely be the wrong word in this case.

He really said they sampled just "a little bit"? I probably need all my fingers and toes to count all the 3 6 beats that were sampled from old songs. That doesn't take anything away from the talent though. Most great hip hop songs were sampled, something he shouldn't be ashamed of.

Thought I was the only one who caught that lol. Hell, Three Six sampled at least 3 tracks on every album since their nationwide release from songs, movie themes, cartoons and more shit. And rarely ever cleared said samples or gave any credit, I used to buy all their CDs before music medium went to streaming/digital and read all the credits. I recall seeing them give credit two only a few songs ever, so they've lucked out on lawsuits apparently.

If it's a hit though you'll get tours from it so you will still get some type of money from any Sample if it's a Big enough song if the artist looks at it that away. Touring is the main way most artist are getting paid these days anyway.
