I want to know if you had to make some speaker adapters for the 6.5" in your doors. since ford is 6x8/5x7 I'd imagine you would have to. could you let me know what you did

Im from TN too i just got my car and just put a system in it but i dont know shit about systems ima bout to upgrade right now i got 2 10' sony exlod they hit good for begginer but if i get tweeters what do you recommend? nothing to expensive

Really I wouldn't worry about tweets too much until you replace your door speakers trust me from experience I would much rather take good door speakers over tweets. I now have a crew cab chevy and have all 4 door speakers replaced with alpines. I have a sony headunit and a clarion eq and don't even have subs and don't really NEED them. Need being the key word I will be adding two twelves pretty soon.

ran outta room on the other post. Yeah it was pretty loud compared to the people's systems around here but Kicker isn't exactly the best equipment the best advice I could give you is save your money and go for the best to begin with its cheaper that way. If you wanna see some real bass look up LIFEOFPRICE on here he has 10 psi 18's and 40k watts. Mine was a door speaker compared to his.
