Wrong! The inmate most likely was an informant from the start. Could also be the investigators realized where some of the earlier calls from the people on the outside were going. Then got a wire tap on the line of the person receiving the calls easily because the subject in possession of that device was already an inmate. Then they simply sat back and listened until they obtained enough evidence or a very serious crime was imminent. Also, Young Thug’s manager was the same person charged and convicted for shooting up Lil Wayne’s tour bus in the same county. Around the very same time this investigation started, that man was being sentenced to 20 years. Ironically under the exact same charge Young Thug is being hit with…. RICO! Not calling him a 🐀 at all. Just saying, it’s possible. One of these three are the reason why they are in jail right now. That and their own big mouths🤷🏾‍♂️

there is technology were you can intercept calls and here what’s being said without physically having the phone. The police don’t need to physically“tap” the cell phone lol. They will need a warrant and it involves the carrier but yes, they can listen to the conversation of the person in jail and whoever they are talking to. Keep in mind this is a RICO case. Whoever they are talking to in jail was probably being monitored for years. They have informants in jail also.
