Great video 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐ Panattoni is developing a 26 acre logistics site with phase 1 being two units. 439k and 205k ft2, scheduled for completion March 2025 and will include 1.35 MVa solar electric. Early 2024 they acquired additional land, now 36 acres for phase 2 for a 58k ft2 unit pre-let to DPD. Ridham Dock in previous video was originally constructed in early 1900s to service the Kemsley paper mill. A public footpath follows the river behind Enfinium, paper mill and the nearby sewage treatment works.

@DJ AUDITS My dad used to run a branch of DS Smith in Louth Lincolnshire before they closed it down. if you'd turned up there, you wouldn't have had any issues. He fly's drones and knows all the rules.

D S Smith massive organisation all the UK , before retiring I used to Visit all of there sites as a customer , they take Health & Safety very seriously at all there plants as they should do as it’s a heavy industry, Usually the plant MD’s are extremely helpful

Ok so far so good. Check with his boss that's fair enough he'd not sure. Boss says yeah if its DJ its fine and grab a key ring for me. Cheely bugger lol. Security asking you to put high viz on to be safe fair enough. Concerned about your safety. So far so good I'm impressed. Then chatting with you about what he knows how things work very helpful. So far I'd say 8.5/10. Let's if anyone males a fuss while your outside. Ooh I think matey in the orange was thinking of trying his luck till he said are you recording and he backed on making out he just came to say don't go past the gate. I didn't like that especially when he tried to move out of sight of the camera twice. Sneeky sneeky. But our DJ didnt fall for it he kept in camera shot. Hiya DJ, you're getting too famous nowadays, many of these industrial sites already know who you are before you turn up!! It must be those green trousers & orange e-bike!! Those energy from waste plants are a much better solution for waste than landfill, we have a similar one in Portsmouth, very little emissions, as the smoke & fumes from the incineration process is recirculated & reburnt, so what comes out of the chimneys is mostly steam. The waste heat is used to power an electricity generation plant. Also on the same site is the MRF, (materials recovery facility), where all the recyclable items are sorted & processed.
