There is no disabled access to get wheel chairs to get up on top of the electricity box , you did not claim that to be unfair. You are pissing out of the bedroom window then running downstairs to try and catch it.

You didn't do your homework very well in this audit because the gate you refer to as the back gate is actually the front gate , If you had walked round the corner into Wheat Street then in King Edward Rd the back gate is there . Also at the back there is a bungalow that refused to sell up when they built the justice centre so they had to build around it . Did you miss the back? Are you auditing police opening hours or the right to film in a public place.

that’s because any ministry of justice site has to adhere to specific guidelines because some do do decided to die temporarily in a prison sliding gate after being crushed because it had defective crush strips on it. :)
