When it says REUPLOAD it will mostly be due to it being removed by KZbin before everyone could see it. On this occasion it was removed due to a privacy complaint by someone who made a fool of themselves. If they actually listened to what he is saying they would say "Yes I'd love to learn what the law is here", but what they think they hear from him is him making excuses, smoke and mirrors about the situation. It's just a case of being careful, at an airshow I listen to security, emergency services etc and military and civil aircraft pretty open, but going to a site to confirm or find freqs then more radios in bags sds 100 ubc3600 great as do dmr and full version of sds 100 nxdn, p25 etc as well and built in record, keep volume low record 5 minutes, then discreet listening then record next lot

That raised platform looks like it has a weather station on it. As a former Fire and Recue Service Commander, it is against the law to take water from a fire hydrant, but only because the water is not being paid for. However, the regular use of a fire hydrant actually stops it seizing up, keeps it working properly and clean. You should see the crap that comes out of a hydrant when it hasn't been touched for a couple of years.

I'm not shure if it differs in different areas but a few companies near me have metered stand pipes to take wate from hydrants then submit the readings to the water company to pay for it The hydrants come from the same mains as everyone else's water so no different from filling up from a garden hose as long as they are paying for what they use

Its not only about just doing what he pleases but there is a reason why he should be allowed to do as he pleases, beyond making money: I think he just wants to do good for us all, helping with things no one else would do and educating people. This is a good thing making sure people are doing the right thing and filming people's opinions so we all get a chance to contribute. Now they know. DJ wont arrest them, only tell them (i assume generally). If the authorities took action before they knew it would be hell for them with fines and stuff. I rarely see DJ make a mistake, maybe once in a while he does, but still not sure.

Not correct, companies can use hydrants to extract water and if you look there is a water meter on the pipe he is using which measures the amount, this is then read off and paid for.
