@@steelfoe are you surprised? I’m not given recently Tidal pulled the plug on stems on their platform. I only use Apple Music for requests, plus it’s my daily music platform of choice. Very happy it’s now incorporated into Djay Pro

I was playing around with it yesterday, and you can use it with your Purchased Music in Local Music if you scroll down to the bottom in your menu. I’m sure Apple will figure out something, so it’s more directed towards DJs.

Hi, the folder issue was resolved in version 5.0.4 Thank you for that! Everything was working fine till release 5.1.1 which now crashes the app after every few songs (approximately 15-18). Tried it multiple times with the same result, basically making the app unusable. Please have it resolved at the earliest. Thanks! Update February 20, 2024: The latest release 5.1.2 released today, seems to have solved the issue of the app crashing. Thanks a ton!

I would of thought integration with KZbin Music would of came first, I never thought Apple Music would happen. Hopefully one day (Apple Music), maybe for an extra monthly cost or something, they can offer the ability to use Stems and promote it as a DJ feature.

Does anyone know why this app does crazy things, like changes the BPM when all you are trying to do is blend in another song that both started at the same BPM. Sometimes the BPM is changing itself! It is definitely this app, because when I put it in the free DJ transition it keeps the same tempo. Both tracks are 113.0 BPM, if I slide the middle slider to the left both tracks go to 133.0?

Can you do a series on DJ mixing with the desktop app? I only see one for the phone. I only use the Desktop app and my DJ controller to DJ mix. Just out of curiosity, can the techniques used for the phone app be applied to the computer/desktop app?

I guess not, I tried it after I saw your message, and I got this message when I turned off my Internet and Wi-Fi off on my phone. ( No Internet Connection You need to be connected to the Internet in order to use Apple Music. Switch to local iTunes library. ) make sure your club has an ethernet port or excellent Wi-Fi, or some kind of 5G network that’s really good before you throw down a gig.

Algoriddim, can u Make Another ‘Queue’ playlist Feature for Another Folder On Djay? I have like 2 Folder seperate genre.. and everytime i want to play another folder i have to delete and rearrange Que of both playlist its frustrating 😢

Thanks for this feedback, I've shared it with the team :) We'd like to know more about your issue with the Queue feature. Do you mean to say that you're using the "Add to Queue" button for songs? Have you tried using playlists instead for more flexible song arranging? :) Also, are you on mobile or laptop? Let us know because we'd love to help :)

Can i rename my music inside the app? Intried rename it in file but the name does not change inside djay.. 😢 Also why theres no camelot wheel? I understand that easier than alphabet keys

You can if the song is in your local library and added to your djay Collection :) if it's from other sources (eg streaming services, iTunes / Music) you can't. While we don't have Camelot Key, we do have the options to display musical keys, numerical keys, and Open Key in djay :)
