It's amazing how many managers are clueless about regulations like GDPR when it is mandatory for them. They work in the defence industry and dont understand basic data protection laws. And the manager that tried to be smart about the photo he admitted to taking is an embarrassment, he behaved like a little child. He also demonstrated that he is willing to lie about a trivial issue at the drop of a hat and cannot therefore be trusted in business dealings. Imagine having to work for those clowns.

Yeah what he wants is police misconduct at a US level, the laws are functionally the same. Police need a reasonable suspicion of a crime to detain/demand anything. Though trespassing after warning is still a police matter in US unlike the UK. I also think US laws are a mess over drones because the airspace isn't entirely federally regulated, and there's a hotchpotch of local legislations.

Was this filmed on a Friday afternoon? I used to deliver to them, the guys in goods in/ stores were pretty sound. The fluid containers at 22:46 are cutting fluid/ coolant for the cnc machines you saw. Shoreham Technical Centre, Old Shoreham Rd, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 5FG would be a suggestion for a visit, however being right next to the airfield, you probably won't be able to drone.

I don't normally comment on videos, but I feel compelled by this one. Firstly, it was kind of boring. Secondly their security seemed adequate for their application (they sell big bearings, not munitions). Thirdly, the staff that appeared in the video responded in a way that appeared reasonable, in line with their right to freedom of expression. Only improvement would be brush up on drone law or consult the company expert before approaching private drone operators.
