@willgreenfield the silver one but I've got a host of upgrades, industry nine wheels, intend brakes, fox 38, fox float x, carbon bars, burgtec stem, pnw Seat post, hope cranks etc to go on. The only thing left from new will be the frame, gearing and headset lol.

@@davidcauson7008Change out that NX groupset when you can - it is over 1/2kg heavier than the GX and the cassette lasts about 1/3 of that of the GX.
