I have watched many first time videos, this one in my opinion is the best of all. Very precise, thorough and easy to follow, You cover every function, how to find it and what they do. I would recommend anyone thinking of or having recently bought the Avada 2 to watch. I have had one for 3 weeks and you cleared up some questions I still had.

Hey, great post! Looking forward to receiving mine this Monday! Been flying the Mini 3 and 4 Pro. Looking to use the FPV goggle function with the 4 Pro just to see how it can change things for me, but once I fly the Avata 2, well…. Who knows! Excited! Thanks for the help!

Quick couple of questions. Do you have to connect the drone up with your tablet or phone every time you use it, or can you just do the initial setup at home on your PC? Also, can the Avata move straight up from a hover position like the other DJI drones, or do you need forward motion to gain altitude? One last question if I may... Like the Mini 1 which I own, will the Avata go into auto land mode if too close to the water surface? Thanks for your time and the great content. I am ready to purchase it> Cheers Lance

Fantastic guide 😊 I have a issue with my Googles for the avata 2 and that is that I cant get a perfect focus no matter how much I try.. The corners are hard to see just barely can see the battery % in the right corner but everything else is pretty good. Basicly I can t see the hole screen to the edges..Do you have the same issue or maybe a tip to fix it? I Tried to reduce image size to 80% but that didnt help much either. Maybe this is how it is with all of them Googles for avata 2 ?
@MK-Creator7 ай бұрын
That is an issue with almost all of the goggles. There is a tiny trade off what you want to have in focus. My very edges are somewhat blurry too. :(
@MelinsRCTech7 ай бұрын
Ok.. Well I was worried they where faulty but Im glad to here that 😊 thanx for feedback I use to fly with emax hdzero Googles so for me dji goggles was a hole different league.. Way better but just this tiny little detail bothers me but still ligtyears better then my hdzero Googles 👍

Curious: Can I help my battery life by having the drone and goggles connected to charging cords/chargers? I’m concerned about running low on batteries if I take too long to understand/learn the settings. Thanks for all you do!
@MK-Creator8 ай бұрын
I would think like this: How would you do if it was your phone instead of drone etc? The battery technology is probably fairly similar. Except the fact that the intelligent flight batteries have extensive features that for example discharge themselves if the battery is not used for a period of time.
@hummerzdca8 ай бұрын
@@MK-Creator I mean about taking a long time to do all the settings you cover in your videos. What I mean is that I’d otherwise have to swap out batteries on the drone. You had all the setup for flight done in about 5 minutes. Me, it might take me 15, (possibly overheating because it’s not in flight for cooling air) then my drone’s batteries might be too low to fly. I’d have to shutdown, replace the battery, then continue. Tuesday’s coming soon for my Avata 2 delivery! Will figure it out then! Thanks again!
@MK-Creator8 ай бұрын
@hummerzdca I see what you mean. But the drone will overheat even easier when plugged into charger. Personally I would just change the battery :)

Hi Mats, I am wondering about your take on the max speed restrictions on Avata 2, as we are in Swe and go under EU regulations. Is it too slow for fpv or do you think its ok?
@MK-Creator6 ай бұрын
If you go flying manual with the FPV controller there is no limit and you will easily reach over 100km/h 💨
@campsitesweden6 ай бұрын
@@MK-Creatorsounds great, Ive just bought one will start up tomorrow. but Ive read about that there is a cap on max speed in EU (19 m/s). but maybe it isnt. you got yourself a new subscriber by the way 😊
@campsitesweden5 ай бұрын
Hi Mats, by using fpv controller 3 and using Manual mode, whats your max speed flying the Avata 2 in Sweden? Curious, because Im thinking about getting fpv3 controller, but Im afraid there is still a built in speed limit even in Manual.

That feature for the batteries charging how you said how it will take power from the lowest ones to charge the highest, thats a dumb idea.... Such batteries should never be at 0% or even near it because thats how you ruin them and for sure when you cant charge them asap so dont use that feature.
