Did you open the bottom of the controller and switch the control to fpv setting. It looked like when you let go of the throttle the drone sped back up and slid off sideways. With the stick switched to fpv mode, it works like a normal fpv controller. The throttle becomes a dead stick instead of springing back to center.

Very cool man! I tried to do home tours with an cinewhoop a couple years ago and the learning curve was massive. This is a game changer. Perhaps it’s too easy? Does it make developing fpv flying skills less desirable?

Yes! Both the DJI FPV Goggles V2 and the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 will work with both DJI FPV and DJI Avata.

I literally just bought the DJI FPV drone so I guess that's the new outside drone and now I have to buy this one because DJI FPV drone is giant and basically a flying ninja blender if you know you know lol its scary not ideal for indoors.

you'll like the fpv. It has much better flight performance than the avata. Much faster, powerful, and nimbal (comparing manual modes). Handles wind a lot better. But yeah don't fly it indoors. It's loud as hell, but somehow the little avata is a few Db louder.

why does DJI give away drones to people whom rip the contents out of the boxes, say its a brand new controller when its the same controller from the last FPV drone, never used a motion controller before, call manual mode FPV mode , etc etc. send it to me instead
