To DJI, I lost the two magnets from my DJI mics , the square ones that keep the mic on clothing, can you tell me where I can get replacement’s? Thank you..

Great to see how helpful DJI are. Been a customer for quite a few year now and always had DJI Care Refresh. Touch wood iv never had to use it so far but heard so many positive comments about their service and your feedback video proves this point. Well done DJI for solving your problem Robert.

I've sent about 3 items back in the past, and my experience was 100%. I've never known a company to come anywhere close to the service. It's a shame other retailers don't follow them. 😁👌👍 🇬🇧

Touch wood, i haven't had to contact DJI for any replacements etc, but its good to know they have great customer service if ever needed.
