5:05 Not completly true. The side obstacle avoidance doesn't work during quickshot modes. You can see the small red circles on the side of the drone symbol in the top right on your display. So its basically the same as the previous pro.

Dang - well at least the back sensor is working which is different. I wonder why those get disabled.

​@@photorectoby It depends on how fast you are moving. The side sensors can't detect anything if you are moving too fast, same with our eyes, if you move super fast and look to the side, close objects become blurry. They are on if you move 28.8 kph or less. www.dji.com/mavic-2 there's info on the sensors.

Hate the fact that that it still only has two color profiles. The original Mavic had 13. I feel it forces you to become an editor.

I just got one. Video is horrible. So grainy. I thought this took good video? If light is not super bright forget it....nothing but static on video. Is mine messed up or something?

In low light the video can look grainy. Adjust the settings for a lower ISO. Slow the shutter speed, open the aperture to f/2.8 and make sure you don't have any filters on.

@@photorectoby Hi...um dont i want higher ISO? Lower ISO makes pic darker. Shutter speed i will try. This is Mavic 2 zoom...so i cant change apature. Thx.

The zoom is a massive gimmick.. you can replicate in post. Mavic Pro 2 is the way to go.

You lose quality if you edit it in post. Also the new super resolution is super cool (it's only in the zoom), it takes many pictures while zooming in and stitches them into one huge picture and the end result a 48MP picture, that's insane! It's more than double what the pro has (20MP). But it's just my opinion that the zoom is better, the price also makes it better for me.

You realise mega pixels arnt what makes a better camera right, sensor size is everything and the zoom is a quarter of what the Mavic Pro 2 is? It only uses 48mb when it shoots a Pano and the Mavic Pro 2 does that anyway ? I think you need to research a little bit.

@@mharro88 Sorry I meant if you use digital zooming you lose quality. Also no the Mavic 2 Pro doesn't have a 48MP camera, www.dji.com/mavic-2 their site literally says it has a 20MP camera and that zoom has a 12MP, but the zoom can take 48MP photos with super resolution. I'm not saying the zoom is better, in some situations it is, same with the pro. Both are good drones, let's leave it at that ok?

you can't keep a 4k zoom on the pro. And definitely no 4k dolly zoom on the pro
